Group and individual therapy programs are under the direction of our professional team. Cultural and Spiritual healing is provided under the direction of our Elders. Each of our programs successfully integrates traditional teachings with modern therapeutic techniques.
All of our programs operate with common principles and are based on the premise that change takes place over time.

Our participants are encouraged to recognize, and come to terms with, past pain and grievances influencing current feelings and behavior. As well as develop strategies for gaining control of their lives and their environments to develop new patterns to strengthen a connection to the Creator.

Thuy Na Mut Getting Better Program
Grounded in culture, ceremony, and traditional teachings, Thuy Na Mut is a 6 week intensive program. This holistic program supports participants who are ready to begin and strengthen their healing journey from substance use. Through therapeutic experiences that build on each person’s strengths, goals, and life experiences. Participants are supported in discovering their own pathway toward continued recovery, wellness, and connection.

Kwunatsustul Holding Hands, Standing Together Trauma Program
Through culture, ceremony, and holistic therapeutic activities, this 5-week program focuses on addressing the traumas being held by our communities. We address the impacts that personal, intergenerational, and communal trauma have had on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Using a wide variety of tools including group therapy, individual counselling, and ceremony participants are guided through a healing journey to reclaim identity and spirit.
Honouring Grief Grief & Loss Program
Our 3-week Honouring Grief program is for those who have experienced grief and loss that is impacting their lives. We offer the gift of time and an opportunity to share in group to process feelings of sadness, anger, shame, guilt, depression, and numbness. Participants will receive support through group and individual therapy, cultural work, ceremony, and Elders teachings.
Elders & Colleagues Trauma Program
Our 3-week Elders and Colleagues program is adapted from our 5-week Kwunatsustul program for Indigenous Elders and individuals working in the helping professions who have established skills for grounding and personal regulation. Through culture, ceremony, and holistic therapeutic support, participants are given space to address unresolved trauma and restore a sense of well-being.
Tiicsumc Cleansing Your Path Forward, Washing Away Negative Energy
Our Tiicsumc program, also known as Stabilization, offers the participants the opportunity to ground themselves in the present and focus on clearing the path for healing. Over 1-3 weeks participants use a variety of tools including group therapy, grounding techniques, breathing exercises, and receive teachings from Elders to prepare themselves to transition into our Thuy Na Mut program.
Nakalkala Peace Within Virtual Aftercare Program
This 8 week virtual program is available to those who have successfully completed our Thuy Na Mut program to provide support while they continue to navigate their healing journey back in community. Participants meet up to 3 times a week to engage in group therapy, engage with their individual recovery plans, practice grounding and mindfulness tools, and receive Elders teachings.
