LIVE-IN PROGRAM(s):
- Located at Tsow-Tun Le Lum facility
- Tsow-Tun Le Lum does not accept self-referrals for our live-in programs: applicants must be referred by a referral worker.
- Please review “Admission Criteria” to ensure your client is eligible for our live-in program(s) prior to filling out the intake package.
- Application review will commence only upon completion of “Consent for Release of Information” page on intake package. Please ensure that you have checked the appropriate boxes on this page when filling out the intake package.

Wait list for programs: Once our Intake Coordinator receives a complete intake package from a referral worker, we have anywhere between a three to six month wait list for our program(s). The best way to submit program application packages is by email to: info@ttlls.org.
