The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, 20 September 2025 at TTLL Gym – 2850 Miller Road, Duncan.
Current members are those who applied and paid for a membership last year. You may renew your membership before Noon on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Click this link to renew your last year’s membership: Membership Application Form
All Current Members are mailed / emailed a package with the information to renew their membership so their voting privileges are maintained. The renewal form can be submitted by mail, or handed in before Noon on Saturday, September 20, 2025 . The Annual Membership fee is $5.00 cash. Current Society members who renew their membership are eligible to nominate people to serve on the TTLL Board of Directors.
NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS – you are welcome to apply for membership in the Tsow-Tun Le Lum Society. Please fill out this Membership Application Form and mail to TTLL before Noon on Monday, June 30, 2025. Please include the $5 membership fee. Applications for membership are reviewed by the Membership Committee. Applicants will be notified if their application is rejected, in which case the membership fee will be refunded. New members are eligible to vote at the upcoming AGM, but must be a member for at least one year before they are eligible to nominate members to serve on the TTLL Board of Directors.
The election for Board directors takes place at the AGM each year. Current TTLL Society Members in good standing are eligible to nominate current members to serve on the TTLL Board of Directors. Nominations must be received by Tsow-Tun Le Lum before Noon on Wednesday, July 02, 2025. Those nominated will be contacted by TTLL staff to ensure they are willing to serve if elected.
